Course Content:

In three terms students build on the many skills they have already learned at the school. Students specifically work on Advanced Script/Scene Analysis, Advanced Rehearsal and Performance Techniques, Television Scene Study, Film Scene Study, Stage Scene Study, Audition Techniques, On Camera Audition Techniques, and Actors in Performance.

Progression:

Completion of ALL classes at this level is necessary to ensure progressing within the school.

Length of Course:

This course is taken over one academic year, forty-two classes (forty-two weeks).

When and Where:

All MSA courses are part-time and are taught at the school building in Manchester and run throughout the year.

Cost:

The cost of each class is £20.00

Advanced Diploma in Acting

This course focuses on broadening your application of the skills learned in the previous course. Actors learn to expand their range by working on more challenging material.
